First released in 1993, the Roland SRV-330 is a powerful effects unit with a wide array of reverb algorithms and 16 bit, 44.1kHz digital processing. Many of the reverbs are based on classic effects such as the EMT 140, EMT 251, Phil Collins' gated drum sound (conveniently named "Collins Drum"), and hundreds more.
The SRV-330 was a follow up to the Roland R-880 and even contains some of the same algorithms. This model, however, features RSS technology, providing newly developed algorithms like its "three-dimensional reverb" which has its early reflections localized in a multiple number of positions in space?
