Updates include a sleek new design with body contours and a lower cutaway for full access to 21 frets. The Midwestern 2 is made up of a lightweight Mahogany body and the same Mahogany set neck found on the Midwestern.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe neck has a thickness measuring 0.875\" at the 1st fret and 0.975\" at the 12th, and is complemented with a rosewood fretboard with a 9.5\"-12\" compound radius and a 1 5\/8 nut width. It comes loaded up with a super hot Curtis Novak BS-DS pickup in the neck with an output rating of 11.71k, and the stock dogear P-90 middle pickup with an output rating of 7.18k.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis killer shortscale bass is VERY lightly used, and it feels pretty damn amazing if you ask us. A prime example of one of Serek's custom builds in their \"Armitage\" body style. It's got an alder body with a one of kind maple neck (.893 1st .993 12th) featuring a soft v profile and a wenge fretboard (9.5\" radius). This particular model's got a two pickup configuration which is a rare sight for the brand! These pup's in particular being soapbar style mud-buckers that make for an incredibly full bodied and versatile sound. The whole package comes in a super manageable 7.84lbs.
