What a beauty to behold! This cool Airline from Eastwood is definitely not lacking in the style department. If you're looking for a player's guitar that'll surely turn heads, look no further.
Let's talk specs:
This sunburst beauty is constructed of a maple body, with maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. It's got a classic comfortable D profile and 12" radius that measures .829" thickness at the first fret, and .995" at the 12th fret. Nut width comes in at 1.78" Guitar weighs in at a manageable 8.3lbs.
It's got THREE Argyle gold foil pickups designed to recreate the DeArmonds’ thick, rich tones that sound great at both crystal clear rolled-back volumes and when heavily driven (N: 6.33k, M: 6.85k, B: 4.14k).
These pickups each have their own individual toggle switch, as well as a dedicated volume and tone knob for each pickup. That's six knobs, three switches, and one cool looking instrument. To complete the look and feel, this guitar is equipped with a Bigsby tremolo just as it would have been in the 1960's.
This particular instrument has seen some stages and acquired some honest wear to show for it. This is what we like to call "player-grade." The pro luthiers here at EMS have given this guitar a full setup to ensure that it arrives to you with level frets and zero issues, ready for stage or studio. It will be securely packed in its included hardshell case and safely shipped out the next day.
