Jim Adkins of the popular band Jimmy Eat World is a vastly underrated guitar player who has pioneered some of the catchiest pop/rock riffs of the last two decades. This signature model from Fender is now his axe of choice for live performances, where stability and versatility are paramount. And even if Atkins' music isn't your cup of tea, this guitar looks and feels absolutely incredible.

Semi hollow Thinline construction, stop tail with Adjusto-Matic bridge, an anchored tailpiece, and two p90 pickups--offering a huge array of tones and reliability. This Tele also features set neck construction, instead of the usual bolt on design of most Fender guitars. Combine this with two volume knobs, two tone knobs, and a 3 way selector switch, and the result kind of feels like the lovechild of a Telecaster and a Les Paul.

This specific guitar comes in a striking "Polar White" finish, and has been upgraded with a pair of genuine Lindy Fralin P90 pickups (6.99k neck, 7.88k bridge). These handwound pickups offer a bright and sparkling clean tone, and crunch very nicely without losing any note definition when running into an overdriven amp.

The neck measures .815" thickness at the first fret and .850" at the twelfth. It's made of Maple, has a radius of 9.5" and a modern "C" profile, with Indian Laurel fretboard material and 22 medium jumbo frets. With a body of Ash, this bad boy weighs in at 8.04lbs. This guitar has received a fresh setup from one of our world class techs, and will arrive to you with perfect intonation and playability, packed safely in its included gig bag, ready for stage or studio.
