Fender Parts Telecaster

Not your same ol', same ol', run-of-the-mill, garden variety, huddrum, dime-a-dozen, average ordinary everyday Tele. I tell ya what. This is a Tele that's been upgraded in ways that make it greater than the sum of its parts!

The body is from a Telecaster that was produced in the 90's (the routing suggests that it was made overseas, possibly in Japan, but we can't be sure about that). The neck feels freaking great (.885"-.929")! As the headstock says it is a from a 2002 Fender Thinline Tele. It has a very playable soft V shape with a 7.25" radius. The back of the neck has been stripped, sanded and oiled and it feels smooth AF!  Makes it so much easier to get around the neck without the typical sticky poly finish. The nut measures in at 1.659".

The pickups in this franken-tele have been swapped out for a sweet Seymour Duncan single coil in the bridge with an output of 5.89k and a super fat unmarked hot rail pup in the neck with an output of 4.85k.

This guitar has been around the block a time or two, and its previous owner obviously loved it enough to modify it to suit their needs even better. Our expert luthiers here at EMS have given it a fresh setup to ensure that it arrives in your hands with easy, low action, spot-on intonation, level frets, and no buzzing or dead notes. We'll ship it to you lighting fast in its hardshell case.
