Fender Tom Delonge Signature Stratocaster 2001

Surf's up! This vibrant Stratocaster is a bit of a unique take on this classic style of instrument, with a single Seymour Duncan Invader SH8 humbucker (rated at 16.19k) in the bridge position instead of the normal three single coil pickup configuration. That's right, no pickup selector necessary. She's not complicated-ated-ated at all.

This guitar also features a modern "C" profile on a Maple neck. The fretboard is made of Rosewood--a less common choice for a strat, but certainly a good choice. The body is Alder, painted in "Surf Green", which pairs so nicely with the white pearloid pickguard. We think that the bridge may have been replaced, which is a fairly common upgrade to this model.

Other specs:

  • Neck thickness (1st & 12th): 0.858" and 0.910"
  • Radius: 9.5"
  • Nut width: 1.656"

It shows some signs of love and play, as you can see in the photos, but it has been given a fresh fret level and setup and it's ready to shred on stage or in the studio. It'll ship safely and securely in a Road Runner branded gig bag. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about this guitar!
