Well well well, what do we have here?
A silverface Twin, but not like one you've ever seen before. We'll get into the nitty gritty details, but just take a second to bask in the unique appearance of this rehoused vintage beauty.
Beyond the aesthetic and structural modifications to this amp, it also has a few internal mods to note. Firstly, it's been fully recapped--often necessary and common for an amp of this age. A negative feedback switch has been added, as well as some part value changes in the feedback section to reduce some of the unpleasant high-end frequencies that are hallmark of this era of Twins. Additionally, the capacitor value in the tremolo circuit has been swapped to allow for a slower tremolo speed.
It's been well-loved, heavily prodded, played hard, and it's still going strong. Come check it out for yourself!
