You know the drill: mahogany body with a maple top, a fast C profile slim taper neck (.803"-.898") and 12" radius rosewood board (1.705" nut). The classic Paul ingredients. It's toneful and resonant when played acoustically so you know it's got some good mojo. And it weighs in at just 7.46 lbs.
The electronics is where it gets interesting. It's been loaded up with Murky Horizon humbucker-sized P90s, from Alegree in the UK, which gives the guitar a brighter, aggressive tone that cuts through more like a single coil (N: 7.64k, B: 8.74k). The goodies don't stop there. The pots have been swapped out for high quality Bourns pots with upgrade Russian PIO caps.
It shows minor signs of playwear with light surface scratches and small dings. But none of this detracts from the looks or playability of this great guitar. It absolutely rips! The badass EMS techs have given this Paul a full setup so that it plays amazing and it's ready for stage or studio. They've insured that the strings are fresh, the intonation is spot-on, and the frets are level. Get it while the gettin's good!
