The Standard 50s Les Paul brings this guitar back to its' roots with a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50's-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and aged gold tophat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are loaded with AlNiCo II magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.
This guitar rips hard.
Very lightly used there is hardly any play wear on this beast.
And while everyone knows that the QC at Gibson sucks pretty hard. There is no need to fear! For we have selected this baby ourselves and the luthiers here have given it a full fret level and crown and it plays worlds better than it did when it rolled out off the line.
