Coming from the land of the ice and snow, this frosty white double humbucker dream machine began its icy reign in the mid-70s and it ain't ready to stop!
This Swede weighs in at 9.1 lbs, is very resonant and feels comfortable when worn. Speaking of comfort, the thin "C" profile neck on this guitar is fast and playable without feeling too narrow (.764"-.870"). It sports a 12" radius ebony fingerboard with a nut measuring in at 1.74".
The electronics in this guy is where things get fun: the original stock pickups have a biting rock tone on the bridge (7.48k) and a round warm sound on the neck (7.46k), just as the gods intended. The onboard controls give you a classic 3-way pickup selector, 2 volumes, 2 tones, and one 3-way filter control for even more tone sculpting than the more familiar LP-style guitars.
Overall this guitar dings, potmarks, and surface level swirl (see pics) but that's just how it goes in the topsy turvy world of rock n' roll. It's seen a stage or two and has the battle scars to prove it. But this baby is just getting broken in and is ready to the music going.
The pro luthiers here at EMS have given this guitar a full setup to insure that it arrives to you ready for stage or studio!
It will ship out swiftly and safely the next day in the included Ibanez hardshell case.
