Hop in an aluminum-necked time machine back to the late 70's with this badass bass beast from Kramer!

Make all of your stoner rock dreams come true with this monster of a bass. The luthiers at Kramer were really onto something in the 70's with this series of guitars and basses, hybridizing different woods within the instrument body and even wood and metal within the neck construction. The body is made of walnut and maple, while the neck is constructed of layers of walnut laid into aluminum. With a thick-C profile (0.861"-0.928" thickness) and a 16" radius ebony fretboard, the neck on this thing is super comfortable and will sustain for days.

Electronics-wise, this bass is loaded with a DiMarzio jazz bass pickup in the bridge rated at 6.58k and a DiMarzio precision bass pickup in the middle rated at 11.19k. It's got two independent volume and tone controls for each pickup, as well as two coil tap switches and a 3-way pickup selector switch.

This thing has obviously been used in its 43 years of life, but it is in great condition. Aside from the replaced knobs, everything on this bass is all original. It's got some scuffs and dings here and there, and some buckle rash on the back plate, but these are all purely cosmetic, and just show that this bass has been really loved and played. Our expert luthiers here at EMS have given it a fresh setup and fret level to ensure that it will arrive to you with spot-on intonation and play immaculately, as if you really hopped into a time machine and bought it fresh from the factory in '79.

We'll ship this beast to you super fast and super safe in its original hardshell case (which unfortunately is missing the handle). Feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have about it!
