new items
returnable within 3 days of delivery.
used items
non-returnable unless item is not received as described. case by case basis, we're chill, just don't take advantage of us.
general terms
items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
refunds
buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs.
special conditions
3 day window for used guitars & for new items.
no restocking fee if the product is malfunctioning due to damage from shipping.
we're pretty lenient. but we're also a small shop and can't really afford to ship stuff back and forth for free because you don't like how something sounds in your signal chain. :)
