Hot damn son! You could see that four string beauty from space! But it's not just that awesome relic'd sea foam green snapping necks y'all. This whole package is one of the coolest things we've seen come off of Dave's bench. Built right here in Nashville, Tennessee by Scale Model Guitars, #47 is truly #1 is our eyes and we think you'll agree.
At a glance, this bass is some crazy Gibson salad. RD body? Thunderbird headstock? Hell yeah dawg. This crazy combo isn't just looks though. Thang shreds! Immediately upon picking this bad boy up, the you notice the super comfortable C-shape neck profile measuring in at .81" at the 1st fret and 1.01" at the 12th. The radius of the rosewood fretboard comes in at 14" with a total scale length of 30". In spite of its size, the alder body and maple neck come together to weigh in at just over 9 pounds. Landing the bass at a good middle of the road for any player!
For electronics, #47 keeps it simple with a single Gibson Tony Iommi humbucker pickup rated at 15.29k with nothin' but a good ol tone and volume pot combo for controls. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
