This badass crackly pointy shred stick is the signature model of Brandon Ellis, the guitar mastermind behind the two most recent records from The Black Dahlia Murder, "Nightbringers" and "Verminous". Brandon teamed up with the builders at Jackson Guitars to bring all of his personal favorite appointments into one guitar. So let's talk about them!
With a body constructed of super lightweight poplar, the maple through-body neck features a fast, thin profile measuring 0.800" at the 1st fret and 0.840" at the 12th, a nut width of 1 11/16", and a bound rosewood fretboard with a 12"-16" compound radius.
Now let's talk about the electronics! No tricks here, no fancy switches or wiring, just a volume knob running straight to this hella hot Seymour Duncan Parallel Axis humbucker. Not even a tone knob. Because why would you want less tone? You've got shredding to do!
This axe is fuckin CLEAN. Barely any play time on this thing. Not to mention it has just gotten a fresh setup from our master luthiers here at EMS. It comes with a custom fitted Jackson hardshell case and we'll ship it fast as fuck boy!
