Revelator spec'd this Jazzy boy out with a rosewood fretboard on a maple neck with a 10” radius and 1.65" nut width. The body is an ultra-lightweight swamp ash center block and paulownia sides. Medium C profile neck (.916"-.964"). The hardware includes a mastery bridge and kluson tuners and man, it plays like a dream and feels great in the hands. Altogether weighing in at a breezy 7lbs.
The pair of Lollar Jazzmaster '63 pickups (N: 7.96k, B: 8.78k) have plenty of punch and bite and a surprising range of tones. You'll find an impressive palette of sounds when you start pairing them up (via the 3-way selector) and giving the Tone and Volume controls a spin. A chrome 2-way toggle on the upper bout gives you access to the guitar's rhythm circuit, bringing the roller pots into play to access that circuit's tone and volume.
