From Josh Hurst (Owner, Tenn. Electric Company):

I've spent most of my career working quietly behind the scenes, helping teams bring dozens of new guitar designs into the world. Trained as a mechanical engineer and grounded in traditional and modern craftsmanship, my work sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and feel. Tennessee Electric Company is the culmination of the companies I've worked for [including Fender, Gibson, and StewMac] - now expressed as a focused, personal artistic endeavor.

From Tennessee Electric Company:

The Navarre Returns

Our newest Tennessee Electric Co. Navarre model traces its roots back to a one-off collaboration we did years ago with the legendary Street Rods by Michael. We handed them a bare Navarre body and said, “Go wild.” The result was a show-stopping instrument that perfectly matched one of their custom hot rods — and turned just as many heads on stage as it did on the street.

Weighing in at a manageable 8.08 lbs, this sleek black heavy relic'd beauty is perfectly crafted from alder with a comfy C-profile maple neck that Paul and the gang are famous for (.850"-.950"). The 10" radius fingerboard and the nut measures in at 1.685".

The tone of this thing flows in spades thanks to some solid dual AMP humbucker pickups (7.38k N, 8.06k B) with a single Volume, push/pull Tone control, and 3-way selector switch. Not a bad tone to be found in this guy and plenty of variety thanks to that coil split function!

The pro techs here at EMS have made sure this guitar is ready for stage and studio with zero intonation issues! Get it out the box, get it on the stage. You won't find another one around like this one that's for damn sure!

It is ready to ship in the included gig bag. It will ship out swiftly and safely the next day. If you have any questions about this guitar, or any of our gear, give us a shout here at the shop!
