Ampeg has made numerous legendary amps over the decades, but this particular model has definitely developed a bit of a cult following--and with good reason. Gorgeous, classic checkerboard tolex, lightweight construction, and that famed dimensional spring reverb.

It's been fully fortified with reinforced chassis mounts, a common and welcomed mod for this series. Home to a period-correct Utah 12" speaker and a pair of Sylvania 7591 tubes, you can rest assured this thing SINGS. Surfy, bold, and bright, shimmering tube warmth.

Sporting the iconic "dimensional" reverb and the original tremolo circuit with that incredible square-wave tremolo, it's got all the charm and depth that you'd desire in a vintage combo. With two inputs for "guitar" and "accordion" and treble/bass controls, you're able to achieve a variety of tonal options. Crank the volume and enjoy the sweet tweed-esque breakup that you can only get from an old tube amp.

For an amp of its age, it has signs of love and use that you would expect. As you can probably tell from the photos, it's been played hard, but it has stood the test of time and endured the road. Invest in a piece of Ampeg history and be the envy of all your friends with this Reverberocket 2. I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed.

Heck, there's even a replacement handle if you so choose to finally lay the original one to rest.

This sweet vintage combo has been thoroughly tested and functions flawlessly. Give us a shout at the shop with any questions you have about this amp!
