His Sun Face fuzz is his most popular and based on the original Arbiter England Fuzz Face which was first introduced in 1966, but unlike the original which was built with a range of poorly matched components and haphazard quality control, Analog Mike's are built like finely tuned machines with every component being carefully measured and tested.
Analog Mike has also been gracious enough over the years to offer his expertise to modify folks' normal stock Fuzz Faces to his personal specifications, and that's how this little beauty came to be. Some lucky player sent their 90's Dallas Arbiter reissue Fuzz Face to ole Analog Mike back in 2006 to get upgraded to his NKT Sun Face circuit. And if that wasn't enough, he also got all up in them guts once again in 2022 and added an external "sun dial" bias control.
The Fuzz Face is of the most iconic fuzz pedals in electric guitar history, and this particular one is, in our opinion, one of the best sounding ones we've gotten our hands on. As soon as we plugged it in, we believed the hype.
