The Boulder Creek EBR3-N4 is a big, bold, warm sounding acoustic-electric bass. It has a jumbo body style crafted from a cedar top with Mahogany back & sides.This lowend daddy sports a 34" Long Scale mahogany neck with a "C" profile and 15" radius (.911"-1.021"). The nut measures in at 1.71".
Unplugged it sounds deep and warm with tons of projections. Plug it in and the onboard ACUS-TR undersaddle pickup/preamp takes all that tone to your amp or front-of-house so you can get your lowend riffs to the masses.
This bass is used and has seen some playing. Front and back show signs of love and use as does the headstock (see pics). This is bass that wants to be played, not displayed. While the onboard pickup sounds great, it's built-in tuner does not work. It has been given a setup by the pro luthiers here at EMS and is ready to ship out with the included hardshell case.
