You may be thinking to yourself, "Whoa, I've never seen a Carvin like that before!" That's what we thought too. And that's because there are no other Carvins like this. This bad boy is one of one, built to custom specifications for a very lucky shredder back in the 90's.
Ever wanted a metal-as-fuck superstrat with HSS pickup configuration, and a loud as hell flame maple top, but just hate those gaudy hockey stick headstocks that they usually come with? You're in luck! The former owner of this guitar felt the same, and had it designed with a classic 3x3 headstock.
I'm sure you're now wondering what other custom specs this shred stick features, so here ya go. Maple/Koa body, D-shape Koa neck with Ebony board, 0.734"-0.822" neck thickness, 15" radius, and 1.656" nut width. The Seymour Duncan pickups are rated for 6.85k in the neck, 9.88k in the middle, and 9.75k in the bridge, and feature a single volume and tone control with a 5-way selector switch. The Floyd Rose bridge is also blocked, there is not a locking nut on this one and has had the fine-tuners removed.
Our techs here at EMS have given this 90's ripper a new lease on life with a fresh fret level and setup. What once was someone else's dream guitar can now become yours. We'll ship it to you super fast and super safe in its original hardshell case. Feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have about it!
