Carlos Lopez has been in the guitar making industry for almost 2 Decades. Prominently known for his work as Master Builder at the Fender Custom Shop, Carlos's career as a luthier has culminated in launching Castedosa Guitars. These guitars are some truly masterful builds, and we're head over heels for them.
The Conchers, named after Carlos's grandfather, was the first Castedosa original model. The slightly offset body is constructed of alder, weighs in at a surprisingly manageable 8.98lbs, and sports a stunningly aged 3-tone sunburst sparkle lacquer finish. The 27" baritone scale quartersawn roasted maple neck has a medium-V profile, with thickness measuring 0.85" at the 1st fret and 0.92" at the 12th, and is complemented by a rosewood 12" radius fretboard.
Under the hood, the Conchers Baritone is loaded with a trio of Castedosa hand-wound TS mini humbuckers, controlled by master volume and tone cupcake knobs and a 5-way blade toggle switch. And let's not forget the impeccable Mastery bridge and trem!
These Castedosa guitars are absolutely incredible, and we don't expect these to last long in the shop! We'll ship it to you super fast and super safe in its original hardshell case.
