Alder body complemented by a maple C-profile neck (0.835"-0.925") and a sweet rosewood 7.25" radius fretboard with a 1.65" nut width. Classic. Wired up with a set of Pure Vintage '66 Jazzmaster pickups rated at 6.35k in the neck and 6.60k in the bridge.
In terms of modifications....there's a Mastery Bridge M1 on here, an absolute necessity for Jazzmasters. This allows modern playability, without the strings popping out of the saddles and it also adds a huge boost in sustain and overall resonance and tone of the guitar. An extremely common upgrade, that's already been done for you! It weighs in at a cool 8.1 lbs.
