A Tele gets the job done the majority of time. But sometimes more gusto is needed. Sometimes.
The FMT (flamed. maple. top.) Tele answers the call. Crafted from toneful mahogany with a carved maple top, this special edition bad boy is ready to get mean. It has a slim, fast mahogany set-neck (C profile) that feels good in the hands (.776"-.845") and has a roomy 15.75" radius rosewood fretboard on which to unleash your riffs on an unsuspecting world. And the nut measures in at 1.651": for those of you that like them nerdy specs! The black hardware rounds out the physical build of this guitar to give some added badassery.
The mahogany body coupled with a Seymour Duncan '59 in the neck (7.48k) and a Pearly Gates in the bridge (8.55k) gives you the right combo for a fat rock sound. And it's loaded up with a coil tap on a push/pull switch built into the Volume pot.
This sweet machine weighs in at 7.52 lbs. The top shelf luthiers have given it a full fret dress and setup so you ain't gotta do nothin' but plug in and play and it's gonna feel right and the intonation will be on point. It ships the next day with the included Fender hardshell case.
