Fender Vibro King 3x10 Combo Amp Blonde 1993

When the fine folks at the Fender Custom Shop set out in the early 90's to make an amp called the "Vibro-King," they made damn sure that it was going to be exactly that. 5 controls for on board tremolo and reverb, 4 tone controls, THREE 10 inch Alnico Blue speakers? All of that packed into one sweet little combo with enough punch to knock you through the wall into the next room.

Okay now we know that sounds a little too good to be true, so let's break that down a little. Sonically, you could say this amp hits a sort of black panel/tweed middle ground that sounds oh-so-sweet. Dialing in the perfect tone is gonna be a breeze with a simple three band EQ and volume control. Additionally, the Vibro King features a foot-switchable fat boost. This gives you the ability to switch it up from classic cleans to crankin' out lead tones, if that's your thing.

Now about those effects... First in line is the reverb. A classic and familiar sound with a control panel one might recognize from the standalone spring reverb units of yesteryear Fender. As for the tremolo, you're lookin at good ol' speed and intensity. One could go on and on about how sweet these effects sound. Alas, this description has a character limit so let's keep it brief. It's fit for a king.

In spite of this bad boy coming off the line in September of '93, it's so clean you'd think it's a reissue at first glance. It's still got all of the original electronics, all in working condition and waiting to be turned on and turned allllll the way up. That being said it has been loved well and shows some mild glimpses of it's tricenarian age.

So what are you waiting for, come pick this bad boy up at the shop! Shipping? That's gonna be a no from me dawg. This thing is big and heavy. But isn't it time you made your pilgrimage to Nashville? Need more convincing? Give us a call here at the shop with any more questions you got!
