No you're not dreaming. It's right here before your very eyes. The mighty EB-0. A legend among purveyors of the low end. Crafted in '65, the EB-0 is an monolith on the bass landscape.

Any bass aficionado is gonna be familiar with the EB-0, and they'll probably recognize right away that this one has seen a mod bench or two. What?! You mean Gibson basses didn't usually come with a P-bass pickup in them? Nah bud, but before you write this bad boy off, hear us out.

The original Gibson Mudbucker in this EB-0 is of course iconic. Hot as fuck (29.50k), and - as the name would suggest - muddy as hell. Sitting practically all the way up on the fretboard, this neck pickup has all kinds of rumble and muscle. But what if you want to add a little bite to that bark? Where's the mids and highs? Well, some genius back in the day came up with a solution to that problem and made the - albeit questionable - executive decision to route this 60's baby and toss a P-bass pickup (11.40k) in there. Now, instead of having a master volume and master tone control, those two control knobs are independent volumes for each pickup, so you can blend them to craft your perfect bass tone.

Oh yeah, you probably wanna know the other specs too huh... Well the body is crafted from mahogany and weighs an easy 6.92lbs. The matching mahogany neck has a comfortable C profile, and has thickness measuring 0.880" at the 1st fret and 1.025" at the 12th fret, with a 12" radius fretboard and a nut width of 1.71".

This killer player-grade bass has seen plenty of action. So our expert in-house luthiers gave it a full fret level and fresh setup, as well as cleaning up some of the wiring to ensure that the lucky player whose hands this bass lands in will be able to take it straight to the stage or studio and let er rip.

We'll ship it to you packed super safe in its gig bag. Feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have about it!
