Th Gretsch “Squeezebox” paper-in-oil capacitors provide an incredibly silky high end. And then add some sweet shimmer to your tone with the stock Bigsby.
Constructed from a highly resonant 3-ply maple top with ’59-style trestle bracing and multi-ply laminated maple back and sides, it has incredible projection and a rich, balanced tone. A comfy “U”-shaped maple neck is capped by a 12”-radius ebony fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and classic Gretsch thumbnail inlays. Round out this slew of classic features with the gold jeweled G-arrow knobs, gold sparkle bound neck, body and F-holes, vintage white gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish and gold vintage thick plexi pickguard, and you’ll see why we hate to see this beauty go.
It has been given a spot-on setup by the badass techs here at EMS who’ve made sure she ships totally intonated and with level frets. It ships out the next day with the original hardshell case.
