Martin 000-28EC Eric Clapton Signature

Built off the specs of Clapton's '39 000-42 he used on the legendary Unplugged performance, the 000-28EC was a collaboration with the guitar god himself to get as close as possible to that magic box.

The sides and back of this instrument are constructed from solid East Indian rosewood. The top is book-matched from select quarter-sawn Sitka spruce, and the rosette, as well as the perimeter of the sound-boards, are inlaid with finely patterned herringbone wood marquetry. The body is bound with grained ivoroid. A genuine ebony fingerboard features the pre-war Style 28 snowflake pattern in a blond pearl, and Eric Clapton's signature is inlaid in mother-of-pearl between the 19th and 20th frets.

Each 000-28EC bears an interior label, individually numbered in sequence. This one is #14657. It sounds incredible acoustically and when plugged in. VERY light wear can be found if you are super picky and trying to find a flaw. But overall it's clean as shit.

Loaded with the LR Baggs iMix pickup system this guitar is a workhorse that will continue to inspire and make a fine piece for the player or the collector. We'll ship it out next day with it's hardshell case.
