In recent years, the Peavey T-series guitars and basses have seen a huge resurgence in popularity, and for good reason. The pride of Mississippi didn't just crank out amplifiers, they also made some badass axes. We love all things Peavey here, and this T-27 is no exception!

The T-27 was Peavey's HSS offering, presumably made to contend with the Strat, but for players who want a little more muscle than their Fender counterparts. This thing is constructed entirely of maple, body, neck, and fretboard. The neck features a C-shape profile, with a thickness of 0.780" at the 1st fret and 0.870" at the 12th fret, a fretboard radius of 12", and a nut width of 1 11/16".

It's loaded up with the stock Peavey high-output blade pole piece pickups in an HSS configuration, accompanied by a 5-way selector switch, master volume, and dual tone controls.

This fella has been gigged and loved hard in its four decade career. It has scratches, dings, and playwear that you would expect to see from any guitar properly loved by its owner. Thanks to the master luthiers here at EMS, this thing has received a full fret level and fresh setup, to ensure that even though it has its fair share of battle scars, it still plays better than the day it left the Peavey factory.

Order this bad boy and we'll ship it to you super fast and super safe in its original Peavey hardshell case! The padding has long since been removed from the case, but we'll be sure to pack it snugly with bubble wrap. Feel free to give us a call with any questions you may have about it!
