Legendary guitarist Reeves Gabrels and Reverend have created an absolutely kickass guitar. This versatile solid body can cover everything from high-gain shred to avant-garde rock to heavy blues.
First let's talk about that transparent grey flame maple top. Hot damn that's cool! The rest of the body is crafted from Korina and the maple neck (D profile) has a rosewood fretboard (12" radius). The comfy, fast neck measures .838"-.946" with a 1.662" nut.
The flexible onboard controls give you a master Volume control, master Tone, push-pull Tone pot for out-of-phase tones, 3 way toggle and Reverend's famous bass contour control on the upper bout. In the bridge position is a Reverend Humbucker (13.33k) while a Dimarzio DP181 Fast Track (5.89k) graces the neck position.
The badass luthiers here at EMS have give this baby a fresh setup and fret dress and it is absolutely ready for stage or studio. The case has seen its share of wear and tear (see pics), but hey, that's what it's there for. The guitar and its case will ship out swiftly and safely the next day.
