The Saturnworks micro tap tempo with reversible polarity pedal allows you to set the delay rate for a variety of effects pedals including the Boss DD-5, DD-7, DD-20, RC-2, and RC-3, or any pedal that requires a normally closed (NC) OR a normally open (NO) tap switch. Compatible devices include, but are limited to devices from EHX (such as the EHX Canyon, Line 6, MXR, most boutique brands, and many more. It replaces the Boss FS-5U for momentary (aka unlatching) applications.
The pedal's toggle switches the polarity between normally open and normally closed. Boss uses normally closed, while most other brands use normally open. Please note: this tap will not work with Strymon devices, which use a special TRS configuration. Our regular (non polarity) tap tempo pedals can be set up to work with Strymon.
