we're excited to introduce the first pedal of our "project ten years" series. lot 1 is the reintroduction of the spaceman voyager. this pedal is near and dear to our hearts. we've had the honor of working with zak for a decade, he rules and is an insanely talented creator. our exclusive version of this pedal, the voyager 1e, stays true to the original but with a lower noise floor, and features a secondary footswitch to select the action of the envelope on the fly.
the voyager is an all analog, envelope controlled optical tremolo, featuring a beautiful gain stage and two lfo shapes to choose from.
freq - speed increases with amplitude. the harder you play, the faster the trem. as your signal decreases, the speed does too. this allows for an incredibly musical, touch responsive trem that you can keep on the whole time without it ever "getting in the way".
fade - depth decreases with amplitude. while you play, the trem goes away. when your signal fades, the tremolo slowly pulses back in. this essentially allows you to bypass the action of the lfo and use the gain stage only, while having a beautiful trem creep back in on sustained notes and chords.
