Don't you love that classic Telecaster look? We sure do. Ever wanted that timeless body shape but in bass form? Now you can round out the low end of your tele collection with this bad boy. Squier released this line of Telecaster basses back in 2012 as part of their Vintage Modified series and we are loving this one finished in Vintage Blonde.
Right off the bat you may notice that this bass has only one Duncan Designed single coil pickup, but also has a three way toggle switch. What's up with that you may ask? Position 1 on the switch is referred to as the "Baritione" position, which bypasses the tone knob. Position 2 is just your standard volume and tone utility setting. And position 3 is the "Double Bass" setting, which gives your low end a little boost, while once again bypassing the tone knob.
With a solid basswood body and maple C-profile neck, it weighs right around 9.75lbs, sporting a 7.25" radius and measuring in at 0.827" at the first fret and 0.998" at the 12th.
This bass has been used, but not abused. The killer luthiers here at EMS have given it a fresh fret level and setup, so it is ready for whatever you can throw at it. We'll ship it to your door safe and sound, and super fast. Feel free to give us a call with any other questions you may have about this bass!
