This rig is insanely rad. We think it started its life as a Sonaro, we're not certain, but that's neither here nor there. And it doesn't really matter anyway because what it is now, is why it is rad.
When the rig got to us it was DOA, caps exploded and basically everything inside worthless except the chasis and transformers. So we had resident amp guru Elad Shapiro, of Dale Amps, create a half powered Model T. We lovingly dubbed it the "Model D", and holy shit does it deliver, especially through the matched 2x15 cab.
So you've got a hand-wired, halfish-powered (60w) Model T powered by a pair of 6550s, original Schumacher transformers ('71) that brings the heat. Normal and Bright channels, 3-band EQ, Master Volume, and Presence knobs allow for very versatile tone-scuplting.
While Model T's are known to be the sludgy fire-breathers (it absolutely does that). This guy brings some insanely great clean tones at high volumes and takes pedals like a champ. Someone is gonna be stoked.
This is not a kit build, not a YouTube mod, it's a hand wired beast that we think is pretty damn underpriced. We really don't wanna ship it, because it will be expensive to do so. But if you insist, shoot us an email and we'll see what we could work out.
