Quirky yet timeless, this reissue Coronado II brings woody, toneful hollow body sounds that are absolutely perfect for blues, rock, jazz, rockabilly, etc etc etc!! Let's get after it!!
Crafted with a beautiful 3-tone sunburst finish, this reissue Coronado II has a nice, playable "C" profile maple neck with a 9.5" rosewood fingerboard (.857"-.878"). The nut measures in at 1.65". Sweet!
Whew! It got pretty nerdy in that last paragraph. But we're back! All of the natural tone of this sweet box is cranked through a dual set of Fideli'Tron humbuckers (N: 4.56k, B: 5.06k). They have a moderate output, with a nice bite when you want it. The onboard controls give you the classic layout of volume and tone per pickup with a three way selector switch. Easy peazy, lemon squeezy.
This guitar is lightly used and has minor signs of playwear, love, and use. There are light surface-level scratches, the pickguard is missing (which honestly it looks sweet like this), but all in all, a beautiful guitar that looks stunning.
The pro luthiers here at EMS have gone through this guitar and given it full setup to ensure that it lands in your hands ready for stage or studio. It ships the next day with the include gig bag.
