All hail the almighty. Dipped in the gold of the gods and delivered down to us mere mortals.
The Standard 50s Les Paul brings this guitar back to its roots with a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50's-style mahogany neck (.866"-.986"). It's outfitted with a 12" rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. The nut measures in at 1.69". Dope!
It's equipped with the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and aged gold tophat knobs. All that tone comes to your ear holes courtesy of Burstbucker 1 (N: 7.98k)) and Burstbucker 2 (B: 7.52k) pickups delivering up PAF tone for days. And this Paul weighs in at 9.56 lbs.
This guitar rips hard!
This one shows a few signs of love and playwear, most notably there is a ding on the upper edge of the top bout of the guitar (see pics). The back of the body has light surface swirl that's visible in the right lighting. Other than those small things, this guitar is very clean! Everything about this guitar is stunning.
And if you wanna grab this and head to the studio, there is no need to fear! For the luthiers here have given it a full setup and it plays worlds better than it did when it rolled out off the line.
This is the one you want. We'll ship it stupid fast with the original hardshell case!
